FAQ
Answers for account access, product records, COA status, shipping, storage, and checkout timing.
What is Strandix Peptides?+
Strandix Peptides is a research-use-only catalog for specialty research compounds, peptide vials, and lab supplies. The storefront is built around clear product records, batch visibility, and account-based ordering.
Who can access the catalog?+
Catalog access is limited to visitors who meet the age requirement and acknowledge the site terms. Products are intended only for qualified research settings and are not offered for personal use.
Are these products for human or animal use?+
No. Products are not offered for human consumption, animal consumption, dietary supplementation, wellness use, performance use, diagnosis, treatment, cure, prevention, or personal experimentation.
Do I need an account to order?+
Yes. You can review the catalog after accepting the access gate, but checkout requires an account so cart details, acknowledgements, order history, and support records stay tied to a verified customer record.
Is checkout live?+
Checkout currently displays the order status before payment is requested. While ordering is in review mode, customers can browse, build a cart, and create an account, but no card is charged and no paid order is created.
Where can I find COAs and lab results?+
Open the Lab Results page or the batch-record section on a product page. Final COAs are linked only when the document matches the product name, batch or lot number, testing partner, test date, and reported result.
What does Pending Final COA mean?+
It means the product record exists, but the matching source-specific lab document has not been attached yet. Do not treat a pending row as a final purity report.
Can public COAs be used?+
Only when the public record is specific to the exact product, batch or lot, testing partner, and source. Generic documents or unrelated vendor reports should not be used as proof for Strandix Peptides inventory.
Why do batch codes matter?+
Batch codes connect a product page to a specific lab-result row, internal inventory record, and support history. They make it easier to verify that the product, document, and order record all refer to the same lot.
How should products be stored?+
Storage guidance depends on the product, label, and batch documentation. As a baseline, keep items sealed, dry, protected from heat and direct light, and tied to their matching lot record. Follow the final label and COA when available.
Do you provide dosing or protocol help?+
No. Strandix Peptides does not provide dosing, administration, protocol, medical, veterinary, or personal-use guidance. Product pages are limited to catalog, documentation, storage, and ordering information.
Are product images final?+
Images should represent the current listing as accurately as possible. If final packaging, labels, or photography are still being updated, the site should say less rather than overpromise. Product records and COAs matter more than decorative imagery.
What if a product page and COA row do not match?+
Do not check out until support reviews the mismatch. Send the product name, SKU, batch code, and a screenshot or link showing the issue.
How fast is shipping?+
Shipping options, carrier rules, cutoff times, and restricted destinations should appear at checkout when eligible ordering is active. Transit times may vary by destination, carrier performance, weather, inventory review, and account status.
Can an order be canceled or refused?+
Yes. Strandix Peptides may refuse, cancel, or hold orders that appear incomplete, restricted, inconsistent with research-use-only terms, or unable to be fulfilled safely.
What is the return/refund process?+
Contact support with the order number, product name, batch code, photos when relevant, and a clear description of the issue. Eligibility depends on order status, fulfillment status, packaging condition, product type, and whether the item can be safely returned to inventory.
Why is there an access gate?+
The access gate creates a clear first acknowledgement that the catalog is age-restricted and research-use-only. It is not a substitute for final Terms of Sale or account-level acknowledgements.
How do I contact support?+
Use the Contact page and include the product name, batch code, account email, order number if available, and the specific question you want reviewed.
