Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on order status, fulfillment status, product type, packaging condition, carrier records, and whether the item can be safely returned to inventory. Some products may be final sale once packed, shipped, opened, damaged, improperly stored, or otherwise compromised. To request review, contact support with the order number, product name, batch code, photos when relevant, and a clear description of the concern. Strandix Peptides will review the record and respond with the available options. Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method when payment processing is active. Refund timing may depend on payment-provider processing windows.
