Products marketed as CJC-1295 without DAC are generally modified GRF(1-29), also called tetrasubstituted GRF(1-29). The peptide is based on the active 1–29 fragment of human GHRH and contains substitutions intended to improve resistance to enzymatic cleavage compared with native GRF(1-29). It does not include the albumin-binding Drug Affinity Complex used in long-acting CJC-1295 with DAC.

Research on GHRH fragments and analogs has examined receptor activation, pituitary growth-hormone release, degradation by dipeptidyl peptidase enzymes, and how amino-acid substitutions alter potency and duration. The common commercial name can create confusion: modified GRF(1-29) should not be assigned the same chemical identity, CAS number, or pharmacokinetic profile as CJC-1295 with DAC.

Evidence relevant to this material includes biochemical, animal, and older human studies of GHRH(1-29) analogs, but product-specific clinical evidence is limited. No FDA-approved therapeutic indication has been established for modified GRF(1-29).

Storage and handling: Store unopened lyophilized blend according to the manufacturer label, protected from heat, light, and moisture. Avoid repeated temperature cycling. Do not assume that storage or reconstituted stability data for either individual component applies to the blend without product-specific validation.

For laboratory research use only. Not for human or animal use.
