Batch Verification Basics
Why batch codes matter before, during, and after an order.
Batch verification is the connection between a product listing, the inventory record behind it, and the document that supports it. A batch or lot code gives customers a specific identifier to compare against a product page, Lab Results row, COA, packing record, and support history.
On Strandix Peptides, each product should display the same batch code that appears on the Lab Results page. That lets customers move from product card, to product detail, to batch row, to final COA link when available. The goal is simple: no guessing which document belongs to which item.
A strong batch record includes product name, SKU, format or size, batch or lot number, test date, testing partner, reported result, and document status. If any of those fields are missing, the status should say so plainly. Pending Final COA is better than pretending a file is complete before it is attached.
Before checkout, customers should compare the product name, batch code, and COA status. After receipt, the batch code should remain with the product record so questions can be reviewed quickly later.
